Job Title: Recruitment Intern Location: Gurgaon-Hybrid Duration: 3-6 Months About the Role: Were looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to support our Talent Acquisition (TA) team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in recruitment operations, coordination, and sourcing. Key Responsibilities: Assist with interview scheduling and coordination between candidates and interview panels. Maintain and update recruitment trackers and dashboards (MIS) with accuracy and timeliness. Help in sourcing candidate profiles using job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases. Coordinate offer rollouts and document collection processes. Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and internal stakeholders. Support ad hoc tasks and reporting needs of the TA team. Requirements: Graduate or currently pursuing graduation/post-graduation in HR or a related field. Strong communication and coordination skills. Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets. Familiarity with LinkedIn or other job portals is a plus. Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
