Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handle
end-to-end recruitment process
sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, salary negotiation, and final selection.
Understand manpower requirements for
technical and non-technical positions
in heavy manufacturing setups (e.g., Fitters, Welders, Supervisors, Engineers, Technicians).
Source candidates through
job portals, databases, references, campus drives, and vendor networks.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and technical panels / clients.
Maintain recruitment MIS and daily/weekly reports.
Build and maintain a pipeline of relevant candidates for
project-based or volume hiring.
Ensure timely onboarding and coordination with HR operations for joining formalities.
Develop relationships with
training institutes / ITIs / skill development centers
to create a talent pool.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree / MBA in HR or related field.
2–5 years of recruitment experience
specifically in
Heavy Manufacturing / Fabrication / Engineering industries.
Strong knowledge of
shop-floor hiring, blue-collar recruitment, and field sourcing.
Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and job portal tools (Naukri, Shine, Indeed, etc.).
