Job Title: Recruiter – Talent Acquisition & Business Development Department: HR & Business Development Location: [Panjim-Goa] Reporting To: Senior Operations Manager / Director CTC: [18k-20k] About Globus Management Services Globus Management Services is a leading HR solutions provider with over two decades of excellence in compliance, facility management, and recruitment services across India. We are expanding our Talent Acquisition vertical and are looking for dynamic recruiters who can also contribute to business growth through client acquisition and relationship management. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various clients across industries (Manufacturing, Pharma, IT, Hospitality, etc.) Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle: JD understanding, sourcing, coordination, follow-ups, closures Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment tracker Ensure quick turnaround time and quality closures Business Development Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure recurring business Prepare and present proposals to potential clients Negotiate terms of business and service-level agreements Understand client hiring needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions Client Servicing Act as a point of contact between clients and candidates Ensure a smooth hiring process with consistent client updates Follow up with clients for feedback and post-placement support Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or staffing industry Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Proven ability to meet targets and build business relationships Self-motivated and results-driven mindset Experience in B2B sales or HR consultancy is a plus Why Join Us?
