As a Recruiter, you will be an integral part of the hiring process, helping us attract, engage, and onboard top talent. You will work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment experience. You will: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. Screen and evaluate candidates through resume shortlisting and initial calls. Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate databases and track hiring progress through ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Engage in employer branding initiatives and outreach activities. Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication. Every Ginesys team member brings something unique to the table. Here s what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements: 0-1 year of experience in recruitment or HR. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple job openings. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with recruitment tools. Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. Desirable Requirements: Internship experience in HR or Talent Acquisition. Basic knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment strategies
