Role & responsibilities Job Overview: We are seeking a Recruiter Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, ensuring we attract and hire top talent. The ideal candidate will source, screen, and onboard candidates while collaborating with department heads to meet workforce needs. Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring with managers. Build a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, social media, and networking. Handle offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding formalities. Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors/Master’s in HR or related field. 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the manufacturing or jewellery industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with job portals, ATS, and sourcing techniques.
