The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, particularly in the domestic market, and a passion for identifying and attracting top talent. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills to effectively engage candidates. The Recruiter will leverage multiple job portals to source and connect with potential hires, ensuring a seamless hiring process. Requirements: Education: Any bachelor s degree. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in the domestic market. Job Portal Expertise: Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and other Indian job portals. Communication: Excellent and confident English-speaking skills for candidate outreach. Negotiation & Persuasion: Ability to influence and engage candidates effectively. Talent Sourcing: Expertise in identifying and attracting top talent, especially through LinkedIn. Work Shift: Willing to work from 12 PM to 9 PM at our office in Elippode, Trivandrum.
