Job Description As the recruiter for Cosanyasi, you can either hire me directly at your company or help me find my next full-time remote opportunity. In either case, you'll play a key role in matching my skills and aspirations with the right role. This role allows you to combine your recruiting expertise with the opportunity to work with a highly skilled and ambitious generalist, seeking roles in Product Design while staying open to opportunities in Product management, Business development, Marketing, and other related areas, should the right opportunity come. You’ll be working remotely, managing the entire recruitment process and advising Akhil on optimal career decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the remote job market, especially within tech and design industries, and the ability to tap into their network to uncover hidden opportunities. You'll help articulate Akhil’s career goals, refine application strategies, and provide guidance on landing the perfect role that aligns with his ambitions. Responsibilities: Source high-level remote opportunities : Find high-level remote job opportunities that align with Akhil Ram's expertise, focusing on Product Design positions. Collaborate: Work closely with Akhil to understand his career trajectory, preferences, and goals. Tailor your search to roles that will truly inspire and challenge him. Network Expansion: Leverage your professional network to discover hidden or exclusive job opportunities. Advise: Help Akhil through the application process by refining resumes, suggesting improvements to portfolios, and guiding him through interview preparation. Manage Job Search Process: Keep track of the progress across multiple job applications, ensuring deadlines are met and follow-ups are executed professionally. Or you can just hire me at your company to avoid the hassle. Qualifications: Capability of getting me a job at a company that has a good work culture and pays well. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required. Preferred Qualifications: Extensive networking and industry knowledge in product design, management, or tech companies, with a focus on high-paying remote opportunities. Proven experience in remote job placements, particularly in global, high-growth companies. Deep understanding of remote work dynamics , especially within fast-paced, scaling companies. Strong collaboration skills, able to work closely with a client to align on career aspirations and specific goals. Excellent communication skills , with the ability to articulate Akhil’s diverse skill set and career aspirations to hiring teams. What You’ll Get in Return: In return for your efforts, I offer competitive performance-based compensation either as a flat fee or commission. Terms will be mutually agreed upon based on the success of the placement. Oh, and Good Karma is a bonus.
