Role: Recruiter Experience: 1-2 Yrs Location: Bengaluru Were looking for a passionate and motivated recruiter with 1-2 years of experience to help us identify, attract, and hire top talent for our growing team. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates throughout the hiring process. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Leverage multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, etc.) Screening and Interviews: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and overall suitability for the role. Job Postings: Write and post job descriptions on relevant job boards and internal systems to attract the right candidates. Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies. Candidate Management: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience for all. Administrative Support: Update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring all candidate interactions and statuses are properly documented. Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends and the competitive landscape to help improve recruitment strategies. Offer Management: Assist in preparing and extending job offers, negotiating salary and benefits, and managing the onboarding process. Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar HR role. Experience with recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously. A passion for finding the best talent and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Preferred: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
