Recruiter (Business)

You'll be responsible for ensuring candidates have a great experience during the hiring process at Revolut. You'll need to be a smooth communicator with a strong sense of people, planning and executing first-class hiring strategies to attract top A-Players to the company. Here's what you'll be doing: - Recruiting exceptional A-Players to join Revolut's rapidly growing teams - Collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile - Developing and refining interview processes to enhance assessment quality and optimize candidate experience - Being a trusted talent acquisition advisor with a solid understanding of the talent pool - Facilitating a pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs - Screening CVs, interviewing prospective candidates, and promoting Revolut as an employer of choice - Driving the offer process and closing candidates - Ensuring a fantastic candidate experience consistently - Being a subject-matter expert in your specialist market - Implementing modern sourcing and recruiting methods To be successful in this role, you'll need: - 2+ years of experience as a recruiter (seniority based on experience) - A proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic, high-growth environment, meeting ambitious timelines and KPIs - Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and hiring managers - Business acumen and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new domains - Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills - Familiarity with ATS and recruitment analytics tools - Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail - High ambition, self-motivation, and passion for the company's vision - Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written - Fluency in English Nice to have: - Experience in a recruitment agency, hyper-growth start-up, and/or fintech - Fluency in other languages Revolut focuses on diversity and inclusion, aiming to create an exceptional workplace that fosters innovation.
