Job Description

  • - Recruitment & Staffing : Source, screen, and recruit; coordinate interviews; manage selections; prepare offer & appointment letters.
  • - Onboarding & Induction : Plan orientations; complete joining formalities and documentation.
  • - Employee Relations & Engagement : Resolve queries/grievances; run engagement & team-building initiatives.
  • - Performance Management : Support goal-setting & appraisals; guide managers on PIP actions.
  • - Compliance & Policy Management : Maintain HR policies per labour laws; keep employee records & HR documentation updated.
  • - Training & Development : Identify skill gaps; coordinate functional/behavioral training programs.
  • - Payroll & Benefits : Coordinate with Finance for payroll inputs; manage attendance & leave records.
Work environment
  • - Full-time position with regular office hours.
  • - Occasional travel for recruitment drives or training programs.
Qualifications & skills
  • - Bachelor s/Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • - Proven experience in HR roles (HR Executive / HR Manager).
  • - Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • - Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • - Proficiency with HRMS/HR software and MS Office.
