Negotiating payment plans with customers and clients to ensure renewals are paid off in a timely manner Providing customers and clients with information about their outstanding payment and the consequences of non-payment Keeping detailed and accurate records of all collection efforts and communications with clients Following up with customers and clients on a regular basis to ensure that they are making payments on time and in accordance with their payment plans.
