Job Summary: We are looking for a Collection Assistant to support our team in following up on outstanding invoices and ensuring timely payment recovery. The ideal candidate should be soft-spoken, professional, and customer-centric, capable of maintaining strong client relationships while handling payment-related discussions with diplomacy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Follow up with clients via phone calls, emails, and messages to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices. Maintain a courteous and professional approach while addressing payment concerns and queries. Keep accurate records of communication, payment commitments, and follow-ups. Coordinate with the finance team to track due payments and update the payment status. Send reminders and statements to clients regarding overdue invoices. Escalate unresolved payment issues to senior management when necessary. Assist in negotiating feasible payment plans with clients, if required. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines while handling collections. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle client interactions professionally and patiently. Basic knowledge of accounting and invoicing procedures is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
