Skill Set
Mandatory:

7+ years of experience in finance & accounts with a minimum of 2+ years in record to report

2+ years of team handling experience

Prepare MIS reports and dashboards

Spearhead periodical reviews and calls with stakeholders (internal & external)

Effective management of SLAs & KPIs

Good exposure to escalation management

Ability to handle audits (internal & external)

Strong communication skills (oral & written)

Identifying process gaps and providing solutions

Exposure in managing customer floor walks

Desirable:

Good exposure to ERP tools (Oracle Fusion, SAP S/4 HANA, Blackline, ServiceNow)

Post qualification experience of 1+ year (minimum)

Certifications like Six Sigma Green Belt / Train the Trainer will be an added advantage

Exposure in handling BCP situations will be preferable

KT / Transition experience will be an added advantage

Managing cross-functional training within the team

Education
Mandatory:

Any finance graduate

Desirable:

M.Com / MBA Finance (Full time preferred)

Qualified CA / CWA

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Commerce
