Eligibility

- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3 Bachelors/Graduates) Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.

- All candidates should be comfortable with Night Shift / Split or Rotational Week-off / 5 Days Work From Office

- 5+ years of experience in FnA - RTR activities

- Review of Close functions, Balance Sheet analysis, complex Journals e.g. Revenue Recognition, Reporting, Dashboards, Open items resolution, Month Close meetings with Retained team, Training team members, daily reporting, continuous improvement

- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills

- Interaction with the client - Governance calls

- SLA adherence

- Functional working experience in ERPs like Oracle preferred
