What would you do? The Role:The incumbent should be an expert in account reconciliation process and will be responsible for
Managing the RTR team of 20+ FTEs for monitoring month/Year end Close activities, Fixed asset accounting, Intercompany confirmation/Reconciliation, Bank/GL reconciliation, Journal posting, and Reporting. Good in depth understanding of overall process and play lead role in Remote/Onshore transition, preparing the SOPs, perform various Gates and Go live. Manage the daily operations related communications, interactions with internal & client stakeholders both by e-mails and calls as well. He/she must have working experience in leading RTR process for international client, BPO organization. Work as Trainer/mentor for team members who are freshers/CL 12 and CL 11 & CL 10 ResourcesFunctional Responsibilities: Good Knowledge of GL process involving daily/Monthly Bank statements upload, Open item clearing, Standard/Adhoc journal posting, Bank reconciliation, GL reconciliation, Fixed Asset, Month end losing reporting, Intercompany Reconciliation. Manage the end-to-end (RTR) process:Overseeing the entire process, from transaction recording to financial statement generation. Implement and maintain financial controls and processes:Establishing and enforcing financial controls to safeguard data integrity and prevent errors. Manage the team effectively during Onshore/Offshore transition process and ensure all Gates are met on time. Daily monitoring of the transition process and work on resolving the issues. Work closely for finalization of Close calendar, standardization of supporting for journal/reconciliation dashboard Finalization of SLA/KPI and implementing the reporting structure and Monthly Governance meeting Ensure the BE documents are completed on time and necessary controls in place. Interact with Client SME's and ensure SOP's are signed and Client leads for daily work and process related issues Ensure treasury activities like daily sweeps, transfers, loan creation, forex/hedgeing are being performed on timely basis and no escalation Review the interface for treasury activities in to ERP and report for any variances. Effective email management and adhere to Client escalation matrix. Generate lean ideas and improvements in process by delivering the improved process controls, productivity, accuracy. Timely response to the query/complaints from various stakeholders .

Qualifications: Minimum 12 to 15 years of experience in Finance & Accounting function . Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance Accounting CA/CMA Intermediate will be as added advantage from domain standpoint Good knowledge of GL reconciliation process Team handling experience is a must.People Management Responsibilities: Manage team of 20-25 FTEs overall. Play the role of trainer/coach for new joiners/freshers and CL 10/12 resources. You will need to hold monthly meaningful conversations with team members to discuss performance, coaching and feedback, training needs, and career discussions. Publish monthly scorecard, performance feedback Motivation of team by way of regular appreciation for good work, RnR, team dinner etc Work with CD team for enhancing communication/Soft skills of team members Delegate to develop and groom team members for succession planning. Act as second in command in absence of immediate supervisor of process. Work allocation and timely completion of tasks. Adaptable and flexible Ability to perform under pressureMicrosoft ExcelMicrosoft Excel VBA ProgrammingSystem & applications Experience of working in SAP ERP preferred.s Good knowledge of MS Excel & word. Communication & Interpersonal skills Ability to interact with Client SME for daily operational activities Excellent in communication skills both oral and written as need to interact with various stakeholders via calls and e-mails. Closely work with team to drive process/organizational initiative Must be able to communicate both orally and in writing to influence others through one-on-one conversations, governance calls with client.
