Roles and Responsibilities : Manage the preparation of financial records, including general ledger, balance sheet, and journal entries. Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions, reconciliations, and adjustments. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Prepare monthly/quarterly/year-end close processes, including intercompany reconciliations. Job Requirements : 5-12 years of experience in Record to Report (R2R) process in BPO/Call Centre industry. Strong knowledge of general ledger, balance sheet reconciliation, journal entries, and intercompany reconciliation. Experience working on SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
