Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with 5 to 10 years of experience to lead our efforts in winning back Recip clients or units in the service area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, or marketing in the industrial or manufacturing sectors.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement strategies to win back Recip clients or units in the service area.
Identify growth opportunities and increase the competitiveness of our Recip offerings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to find opportunities for Recip Winback business growth.
Work with regional GS and CP organizations to create and implement go-to-market strategies for Recip Winback solutions.
Introduce technological breakthroughs that bring overall value in Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability.
Monitor and analyze market and competitor activity to find opportunities and threats.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering or a related field.
Proven experience of at least 5 years in business development, sales, or marketing in the industrial or manufacturing sectors.
Strong understanding of Recip compressors and its applications in the compression business.
Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
