Role: Receptionist

Job Summary

We are looking for a polite and professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations. The role includes attending visitors, handling calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls
  • Manage visitor entries and maintain the front office register
  • Handle incoming and outgoing couriers
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks (filing, photocopying, data entry)
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area
  • Support HR/Admin team with daily tasks whenever required

Key Skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure politely

Qualification

  • Any graduate / 12th pass
  • 2–5 years of experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
