Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for various clerical duties, administrative support, reception and communication tasks, as well as providing support to other departments. Your role will also involve ensuring compliance and confidentiality in office operations. Key Responsibilities: - Perform clerical duties as assigned to support the organization's smooth functioning. - Maintain and update records, files, and databases, both digital and physical. - Handle data entry and document management tasks. - Prepare and process basic correspondence, forms, and reports. - Assist in daily office operations and ensure administrative activities run smoothly. - Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence effectively. - Coordinate office supply inventory and place orders when necessary. - Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally. - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meetings and events. - Assist HR, finance, or sales departments with routine tasks like filing, photocopying, or scanning. - Help in organizing company events or travel arrangements as needed. - Ensure all office operations comply with company policies and procedures. - Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company information. Qualifications Required: - Experience in clerical or administrative roles is preferred. - Ability to work full-time during day and morning shifts. - Willingness to commute or relocate to Thane, Maharashtra. - Total work experience of 1 year is preferred. Please note that this is a full-time position with the possibility of a performance bonus.
