Job Description

We are looking for a smart and polite Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our Immigration & Visa Consultancy Office. The candidate should have good communication skills and a pleasant personality to handle clients in person and over calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and attend clients visiting the office.
  • Handle incoming calls and maintain client records.
  • Provide basic information about visa and immigration services.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the front desk area.
  • Maintain daily visitor and inquiry logs.
  • Assist the counseling and admission team when needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, email handling).
  • Must know Punjabi, Hindi, and English.
  • Presentable and well-spoken personality.
