Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Female Receptionist to join our fitness center team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for members and guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet members and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service at all times.
• Manage front desk operations, including member check-ins, class bookings, and guest registrations.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate membership records and process new registrations, renewals, and payments.
• Ensure reception and waiting areas are clean, organized, and inviting.
• Assist in promoting gym services, membership packages, and ongoing offers.
• Coordinate with trainers, housekeeping, and management for smooth daily operations.
• Handle member complaints or issues calmly and escalate to management when needed.
• Keep track of attendance, daily sales, and cash handling (if applicable).

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior experience as a receptionist, front desk associate, or customer service executive (preferably in a fitness or hospitality environment).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Well-groomed, punctual, and professional in appearance and behavior.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
