Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team at The Art Of Living Human Resource. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and provide top-notch customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling walk-in visitors.
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, offering refreshments, and ensuring their comfort while waiting for appointments or meetings.
Coordinate travel arrangements, schedule appointments, and manage meeting rooms bookings.
Maintain accurate records of employee data, attendance, and other relevant information.
Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy access to information.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and efficient workflow.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and clients.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
