Job Title: Receptionist (Female Only) Location: Pahadiya, Varanasi Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a professional and courteous Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to maintain a welcoming and organized environment. This position is for female candidates only, as per company policy. Key Responsibilities: Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or staff. Answer, screen, and forward phone calls in a polite and efficient manner. Manage and schedule appointments for clients and staff. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Perform administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and office organization. Maintain office supplies and assist with ordering and inventory management. Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and in person in a professional and timely manner. Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times. Assist with basic HR and administrative functions as needed. Coordinate and manage office meetings and events. Requirements: Gender : Female (as per company policy). High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in office management is a plus. Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and other office management software. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Pleasant and professional demeanor with a positive attitude. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
