Job Description

We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-spoken Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors professionally
  • Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and messages
  • Maintain visitor logs and front-desk records
  • Handle basic administrative tasks (filing, data entry, scheduling)
  • Coordinate with internal departments when needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Assist in daily office operations

Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience as a receptionist/front desk executive
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)
  • Presentable and professional behavior
  • Ability to multitask and handle front-desk operations smoothly

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
