Company Description The Oasis Restaurant, Bar & Banquets is a scenic venue located on a three-acre plot atop a small hill on the outskirts of Kothrud, Pune. We offer a garden restaurant with a variety of cuisines from across India and a well-stocked bar for all celebrations. Our banquet lawns can accommodate up to a thousand people and are ideal for corporate events, weddings, and social gatherings, with ample parking space. Additionally, we have a breathtaking poolside party location and a fully air-conditioned indoor space called 'Bohemian' for all social gatherings and celebrations. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist at Oasis Restaurant & Banquets located in Pune. The Receptionist will be responsible for answering phone calls, managing guest inquiries, scheduling reservations, greeting guests upon arrival, and providing excellent customer service. Additional tasks include clerical duties such as filing, record keeping, and handling correspondence. The role requires maintaining the reception area in a clean and orderly fashion and assisting in event coordination as needed.
