Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable- Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail- Assist with administrative tasks and provide support to other departments as needed

- Multitasking Ability Required Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory
