Job Description

Role & responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors and direct them to appropriate personnel. Manage appointment scheduling and meetings. Manage phone calls and maintain office records. Coordinate with housekeeping staff and keep the office should be clean and tidy. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone. Ensure the reception area is stocked with necessary supplies. Handle mail, deliveries and couriers. Preferred candidate profile Any graduate with good communication skills. Basic computer skills (MS Office) Well-groomed appearance and good work ethic. Fluency in Tamil, Telugu and English is essential. Note: Preference in and around Tambaram.
