Receptionist incharge/ Front Office Manager

You will be responsible for assigning duties to the staff and coordinating with the team. Your role will involve greeting patients and visitors politely, providing necessary information, and ensuring the appointment system runs efficiently. You will be monitoring the flow of patients to and from consulting rooms and entering patient information into the software as required. It will be your duty to inform patients if a doctor is running late or called out. You should respond to all queries and requests for assistance from patients and other visitors to the practice appropriately. Additionally, you will be required to receive and make calls, divert calls, take messages as needed, and pick up and deliver couriers and parcels to the concerned division. Keeping reception areas clean and tidy, assisting in the preparation of meetings and conferences, and maintaining records such as message taking, mail receipt/dispatch, and visitor details are also part of your responsibilities. You may be assigned additional duties as necessary for effective business operation. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred Experience: - Total work experience of 2 years preferred - Front desk experience of 2 years preferred Language Skills: - Proficiency in English and Tamil preferred **Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position.
