We value professionalism, customer service, and operational excellence. Job Summary:The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for all visitors and callers at XcellHost. This role is responsible for managing the front desk efficiently, handling administrative support tasks, and ensuring a positive and professional experience for clients, employees, and partners. Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a warm and professional manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area. Manage visitor logbooks and issue visitor passes as needed. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries. Coordinate with internal departments for meetings, appointments, and administrative needs. Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email. Assist in scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and handling minor clerical tasks. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company information. Requirements:Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar front office role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional attitude and appearance. Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities. Ability to handle pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment. Graduate in any discipline; a diploma in administration or hospitality is a plus. Preferred Attributes:Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, video conferencing tools). Experience in a tech or cloud services company will be an added advantage. Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude.
