# Job Title: Front Office Executive # Reports to: Clinic Manager/Doctor # Location: Orient Clinic, 39, Maddox Street, Choolai, Chennai 600 112 # Job Type: PART TIME # About Us: We are a reputable medical clinic seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Front Office Executive to be the face of our practice. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a warm and welcoming demeanor, and the ability to multitask with precision. # Job Summary: We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage the front desk operations of our clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless patient experience, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area. # Key Responsibilities: 1. Patient Reception and Registration: Greet patients warmly, register new patients, and update existing patient records. 2. Scheduling Appointments: Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations. 3. Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide information on clinic services and policies. 4. Administrative Tasks: Manage paperwork, update patient records, and maintain accurate files. 5. Payment Processing: Handle patient payments, process insurance claims, and manage billing. 6. Data Entry: Accurately enter patient data into our electronic health record (EHR) system. 7. Reception Area Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming. 8. Patient Flow Management: Coordinate patient flow, ensuring timely appointments and minimizing wait times. 9. Confidentiality and Compliance: Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations. 10. Team Support: Assist clinic staff with administrative tasks and provide coverage during absences. # Requirements: 1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 2. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare front office setting or a related field. 3. Skills:   - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.   - Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office.   - Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy.   - Strong organizational and time management skills.   - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. 4. Physical Demands: Ability to sit for extended periods, use a computer, and lift up to 25 pounds. 5.
