We are looking for Receptionist Location: Lalbagh road office, Bangalore Qualification – Graduate Experience – 0 to 2 yrs Salary: 25k Greet & Assist Visitors: Welcome guests warmly, notify relevant staff, and ensure a seamless check-in/check-out process. Manage Communications: Answer, screen, and direct phone calls promptly; handle inquiries via email or in-person. Coordinate Correspondence: Sort and distribute mail, manage couriers, and maintain digital/physical filing systems. Schedule Appointments: Organize meetings, conference rooms, and calendars for team members. Maintain Reception Area: Ensure the front desk and lobby are tidy, professional, and stocked with supplies. Admin Support: Assist with data entry, document preparation, and other clerical tasks as needed. Visitor Safety: Follow security protocols, issue visitor badges, and maintain access logs. 0 to 2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or similar role. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment (printers, scanners). Excellent verbal/written communication skills in **English** and **Kannada** (or local language). Professional appearance with a friendly, customer-focused attitude. Strong multitasking, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
