Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Handle general inquiries in person, by phone, and via email Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and presentable Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying Ensure security protocols are followed for visitor access Support other departments with clerical duties as needed Requirements: Graduate or additional qualifications are a plus Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and attitude Customer service-oriented with a positive and approachable demeanor Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Compensation Package: Performance bonus Schedule: Day shift
