Job Description

We are looking for a Female Receptionist with excellent spoken English and proficiency in Excel to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a smart and presentable appearance and 2-3 years of relevant experience in handling reception duties, preferably in a banquet or hospitality setting. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors at the front desk. Direct visitors appropriately and ensure the reception area is tidy and organized. Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments. Answer and screen telephone calls, direct them to the appropriate department, and take messages when needed. Provide information to callers and ensure a smooth communication flow. Operate the computer system for scheduling and other administrative tasks. Key Skills: Good spoken and written English communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic office software. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with visitors. Presentable appearance and professional demeanor. Ability to manage multiple tasks with efficiency. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Age : 25 to 40 years Qualifications : Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in the hospitality or banquet industry.
