📌 Job Description: Telecaller Company: JBK Academy Location: Ameerpet, Hyderabad Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month Experience Required: 6 Months – 5 Years Gender Preference: Female/male 🔹 About the RoleJBK Academy is seeking a smart, proactive, and customer-friendly Telecaller to manage front-desk operations and provide counselling support to students. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude. 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist walk-in students and visitors Handle incoming calls and maintain call logs Provide student counselling and explain available courses Maintain front-desk records, admission forms, and daily reports Guide students regarding course details, schedules, and fee structure Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations Ensure cleanliness and functionality of front office area 🔹 Required SkillsStrong communication skills in Telugu, English, and Hindi Good calling and convincing skills Experience in student counselling / educational counselling Pleasant personality with a customer-centric approach Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling) 🔹 QualificationsAny Graduation preferred Experience in educational institutions will be an added advantage HR contact: 9398548428
