Receptionist cum store manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Receptionist cum Store Manager to represent our luxury salon and manage retail operations effectively. This role requires exceptional customer service, administrative skills, and inventory management to ensure a smooth salon experience for clients. Key Responsibilities: Reception & Customer Service: - Greet clients warmly and provide a luxury experience throughout their visit. - Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling using phone, email, and online platforms. - Address client inquiries, offer service information, and provide recommendations. - Keep the reception area clean and organized. Store & Inventory Management: - Supervise the salons retail section, ensuring luxury hair care products are well-stocked and displayed attractively. - Monitor inventory levels, order from suppliers, and manage stock replenishment. - Conduct regular stock audits to reduce wastage. - Upsell and cross-sell products based on client needs and stylist suggestions. Administrative & Financial Tasks: - Process client payments and maintain accurate billing records. - Handle petty cash, daily sales reports, and transaction reconciliation. - Assist with salon promotions, loyalty programs, and marketing efforts. - Ensure compliance with salon policies and uphold high service standards. Requirements: - Previous experience in reception, customer service, or retail (luxury or salon preferred). - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in appointment scheduling software and basic accounting. - Passion for beauty, luxury, and customer satisfaction. - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
