Receptionist cum customer support (Female Only)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and ensure a positive dining experience from entry to exit. Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally — both in-person and over the phone. Assist with reservations, takeaway orders, and home delivery coordination. Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate service. Maintain records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback. Upsell food and beverage options where appropriate. Ensure the dining area and reception space are always tidy and welcoming. Follow standard operating procedures and hygiene standards. Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum Graduate or equivalent. Prior experience in customer service, preferably in hospitality or F&B, is a plus. Good communication skills in Hindi; English and local dialects are a bonus. Friendly, confident, and proactive personality. Basic computer or POS system knowledge preferred. Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
