Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist Cum Back Office Support based in Vadodara. The Receptionist Cum Back Office Support will manage front-desk operations, answer and direct phone calls, handle visitor inquiries, and perform clerical and administrative tasks. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records, scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, and supporting various departments with timely administrative assistance.

Qualifications

• Front-desk operations and visitor management skills
• Clerical and administrative skills, including record keeping and scheduling
• Telephone etiquette and effective communication skills
• Ability to manage office supplies and inventory
• Proficiency in MS Office and office management software
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
