Roles & Responsibilities:- Manage reception telephone - screen and direct calls as appropriate. Greet all guests who enter the outlet. Provide directions to clients and vendors who arrive for services. Manage and direct inquiries from the public and customers. Provide general administrative and clerical support. Responsible to maintain a clean and presentable reception and common areas. Responsible for background operational alignment. Qualifications and Education Requirements 12th pass/ Under-Graduate/Graduate in any discipline, but not a mandate Preferred Skills Experience working as Floor Manager in wellness Industry, retail or similar industry must. Good knowledge in MS- Excel, Word, Powerpoint Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills Issue Resolution & People Understanding Team Management & People Compliance
