As the first point of contact for our law firm, the Receptionist will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations. This position requires a warm and professional demeanor, strong multitasking abilities, and the ability to manage front-desk responsibilities efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist clients and visitors professionally Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries Schedule and manage appointments Handle incoming and outgoing mail and documents Maintain office supplies and organization Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff as needed What Were Looking For: Fluency in Kannada and English (spoken) a must! Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role (law firm experience is a plus!) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office technology Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Highly organized and detail-oriented
