Role & responsibilities

Front Desk Management

  • Greet visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
  • Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.
  • Ensure guests sign in and follow security procedures.

  • Answer and route phone calls to the correct departments.
  • Take and relay accurate messages.
  • Respond to emails and inquiries.

  • Prepare and sort mail, deliveries, and packages.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning.
  • Update employee or client records as needed.
