Reception Cum Admin Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for attending telephones, handling incoming and outgoing calls, and managing mail delivery in the EPABX Phone system. Additionally, you will maintain office attendance records and ensure the cleanliness of the office premises. You are expected to keep track of courier services for local and international areas, handle recruitment tasks, coordinate with consultancies, manage stationery supplies, and make travel arrangements including air ticket and hotel bookings based on directors" requirements.
