Key Responsibilities

Greet visitors, vendors, and candidates.
Verify IDs and maintain sign-in/out logs.
Answer, screen, and route calls.
Enforce visitor protocols and PPE requirements, coordinate with security for plant access and safety briefings.
Keep lobby presentable, maintain notice boards, brochures, and company displays.
Track inventory; place orders for stationery, pantry, and PPE
Log maintenance requests, coordinate housekeeping, cafeteria, pest control, and equipment servicing.
Update dashboards for attendance, overtime, training, and admin KPIs
