Drive end-to-end sales cycles: cold calls, client meetings, site visits, and deal closures. Achieve daily/weekly sales targets with precision and urgency. Support Sales Managers in lead coordination, CRM updates, and client follow-ups. Master objection handling, negotiation, and multilingual communication (Telugu, English, Hindi). Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, and business associates. Close natural leads and convert partnerships into sales (min. 2 new associates/week). Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and design promotions with the marketing team. Prepare detailed sales reports, MIS, and forecasts for senior management.
