Role Overview

The Sourcing Manager is responsible for top-of-funnel lead generation through channel partners, brokers, events, and digital platforms, ensuring consistent pipeline inflow across projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and expand channel partner network across Pune.

Conduct CP meets, activations, and manage incentives.

Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales to ensure lead quality.

Track and optimize cost per lead (CPL).

Measure ROI of sourcing campaigns and report performance monthly.
