Real estate Senior Project Manager

Role Overview: As a Senior Project Manager (Real Estate) at RSPN Ventures, you will play a crucial role in the Real Estate Development Division. Your responsibilities will include providing technical leadership and support throughout the design, feasibility, and execution phases of projects, ensuring compliance and commercial optimization. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct detailed feasibility analysis, including FSI calculations under DCPR 2034 and other relevant schemes. - Ensure projects adhere to all statutory regulations from authorities such as BMC, MOEF, CFO, Civil Aviation, and others. - Review and optimize building plans for residential and commercial developments, working closely with external architects and design teams. - Manage multiple external stakeholders, including BMC, MOEF consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, and other vendors, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables. - Act as a senior technical advisor to the Development Head, driving technical discussions, resolving challenges, and aligning technical outcomes with business objectives. Qualification Required: - Education: B.Arch - Experience: Minimum 10 years with mid-sized architect firms or mid-sized developers - Technical Competence: Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software, understanding of DCPR 2034, FSI calculations, and real estate feasibility assessment, strong knowledge of statutory approvals and clearance processes - Project Experience: Hands-on exposure to multi-storied building projects (residential and/or commercial) - Leadership & Communication Skills: Strong ability to lead technical conversations, excellent coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, ability to optimize technical inputs for maximum project efficiency and value creation.,
