Real Estate Salesperson

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for real estate, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries and provide complete information about available properties.
• Conduct site visits with clients and present property options based on their requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
• Follow up with clients post-visit and maintain proper documentation of interactions.
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth client handling.
• Stay updated on current market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or similar field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
• Knowledge of the Indore real estate market will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹9,279.13 - ₹25,000.00 per month
