As a Sales Manager, your role includes establishing sales objectives by forecasting and creating sales quotas for the team and individual sales representatives. You will be responsible for creating and executing strategic plans based on market trends and historical data. Additionally, you will manage team performance reviews, create reward programs for top performers, and coach and motivate the sales team to improve their skills and achieve monthly sales goals. Your role will also involve generating and presenting monthly sales reports to executives. Key Responsibilities: - Establish sales objectives and quotas for the team and individual sales representatives - Create and execute strategic plans based on market trends and historical data - Manage team performance reviews and implement reward programs for top performers - Coach and motivate the sales team to achieve a high professional standard and monthly sales goals - Generate and present monthly sales reports to executives Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred; candidates with three to five years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply - Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies - Exceptional customer relationship management skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Sales management experience is a plus - Fluent in Hindi and English In addition to the mentioned responsibilities and qualifications, the company offers benefits such as health insurance and provident fund.
