Real Estate Salesperson

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and field-oriented Business Development Executive to promote and market our landscape design & execution services to real estate developers, villa projects, plotted developments, apartments, schools, resorts, and commercial properties. Candidates with real estate sales or project marketing experience are highly preferred.

You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, building relationships with clients, closing deals, and supporting project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads for landscape design & execution projects.
• Visit construction sites, real estate developments, villas & residential communities.
• Build relationships with:
• Real estate developers
• Architects & contractors
• Housing societies
• Institutions (schools, resorts, commercial properties)
• Conduct presentations of Calids Landscapes services and portfolio.
• Identify upcoming projects and submit proposals.
• Coordinate with design & execution teams for site assessments.
• Maintain client database and follow-ups.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed work orders.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–5 years experience in field sales / marketing / business development.
• Experience in real estate, construction, interiors or landscaping preferred.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Kannada & English (Hindi is an added advantage).
• Must be willing to do site visits and field marketing.
• Basic computer & WhatsApp usage proficiency.
• Two-wheeler preferred.

Contract length: 18 months

Pay: ₹15,061.96 - ₹25,000.00 per month
