Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and manage client relationships for residential properties (mid-rise apartments, duplexes, etc.).Conduct site visits, present property options, and handle negotiations and closings.Maintain a pipeline of potential buyers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.Team Leaders/Managers: Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, set targets, and drive team revenue.
Coordinators: Support the sales team with documentation, follow-ups, and managing the sales process flow.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven track record in Real Estate Sales (for experienced roles).Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.High level of motivation, professionalism, and a "Game-Changer" attitude.Knowledge of the Noida/Greater Noida real estate market is a plus.
