Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage prospective clients to understand their property requirements. Present and promote suitable properties that align with client needs. Negotiate sales terms and guide clients through the closing process. Proactively generate leads through cold-calling and networking. Collaborate with channel partners to expand client reach. Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and referrals. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years' experience in frontline real estate sales. Bachelor's degree (minimum 3-year program) is mandatory. Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset. Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
